The Robertson family, of Duck Dynasty notoriety, had a major alarm Friday when there was a drive-by shooting at Willie and Korie's bequest in West Monroe, La. A capture has since been put forth in the defense.
On Friday at 2:30 p.m., witnesses saw a white Ford pickup drive up and release a shower of shots at the various homes on the property, as indicated by an official statement from Ouachita Parish Sheriff's Office. The homes have been brimming with relatives — including their child John Luke Robertson and his family and their girl Sadie Robertson and her better half — remaining in the midst of the coronavirus pandemic.
None of the Robertsons — who discovered fame showing up on A&E unscripted TV drama Duck Dynasty from 2012 to 2017 — were harmed during the shooting, which saw 8 to 10 shots hitting the homes. After a picture of the vehicle was coursed, a capture was made of a 39-year-elderly person named Daniel King Jr.
Lord has been accused of one check of disturbed ambush by drive-by shooting, a crime, and set up for the Ouachita Correctional Center. He had an extraordinary warrant for criminal disregard of family. He stays in prison in lieu of $150,000 bond.
While there was allegedly more than one individual driving in the truck during the shooting, no different captures are relied upon to be made, the open data official for Ouachita Parish Sheriff's Office discloses to Yahoo Entertainment.
"It would appear that they were simply splashing slugs over my property," Willie, who's the CEO of Duck Commander, multimillion-dollar duck call and distraction venture, told the News-Star throughout the end of the week. Robertson said no one was outside at that point, yet everyone had been out "around five minutes prior," and one of the slugs experienced the room window of a home where John Luke and his better half live with their baby kid.
Korie, Willie's significant other since 1992, said "God's assurance" guarded them. "it was frightening and hazardously close, yet on account of God nobody was harmed," she composed on Instagram nearby a family photograph.
The couple’s daughter Sadie, who married to Christian Huff last fall, said the shooting “shook us all up,” but they are “ thankful everyone in our family is okay.”
The Robertsons are straightforward about their governmental issues with Willie, Korie and Sadie all demonstrating help for Donald Trump when he ran for president. In an ongoing meeting with Yahoo Entertainment, Sadie said she some of the time feels "misconstrued" when she stands up against her own convictions, including Christianity.
Duck Dynasty went shut off in 2017 in the midst of debate over family patriarch Phil Robertson's enemy of gay and bigot remarks.
