CNN stay Brooke Baldwin declared Friday she has tried positive for coronavirus after an abrupt beginning of manifestations Thursday evening.
"I am OKAY. It went ahead out of nowhere yesterday evening. Chills, hurts, fever," Baldwin said in an Instagram post on Friday.
Baldwin, who has been communicating from CNN's New York City studios, is the second CNN grapple this week to declare she's gotten the infection, only days after Chris Cuomo said he has the disease. Baldwin said she has been social separating and following government rules, yet the infection despite everything "got" her.
The stay is among numerous columnists to have gotten the infection. Baldwin, who has "CNN Newsroom with Brooke Baldwin" weekday evenings, said she anticipates being back on TV "genuine soon."
"I'm solid ... no hidden conditions," Baldwin's post read. "Truly, I feel like one of the fortunate ones."
She proceeded: "And holler to the specialists and medical caretakers who are accomplishing the genuine work at the present time."
